What are the precautions during the use of a gearbox?

1. In initial use, the lubricating oil should be changed after the first 200-300 hours of operation. The quality of the lubricating oil shall be regularly checked in regular use. If impurities or deterioration are spotted, replace the oil promptly. Generally, lubricating oil shall be changed after 5,000 hours of operation or at least once a year.

2. Oil changing shall be done after operating when the gearbox is warm but not hot.

3. If the oil temperature exceeds 100°C or abnormal noise is detected during operation, stop operating the gearbox. Troubleshoot before restart any operation.
