Henan Purui Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Purui) is a precision machining high-tech company invested and constructed by Weihua Group, and a member of the Bridge Crane Branch of the Lifting Machinery Association. Purui was established in 2013 with a registered capital of 200 million yuan, covers an area of 300,000 square meters, and has more than 500 employees, including more than 60 engineers and technicians.
Since its establishment, Purui has won many honors such as High-tech Enterprise, Provincial Quality Benchmarking Enterprises, Contract-abiding and Credit-abiding Enterprises, 3A-level Enterprises, etc., and got the approval of ISO9001 quality management system, ISO4001 environmental management system and ISO45001 occupational health and safety.
Purui has strong technical force, complete producing and testing equipment, and more than 500 sets of various processing and testing equipment. Among them: imported German NILES gear grinding machine, MAZAK horizontal machining center from Japan, Austria AICHELIN heat treatment production line, Switzerland FISCHER center hole grinding machine, computer-controlled tool grinding machine, South Korea and Taiwan CNC lathe, CNC boring and other more than 100 advanced high-end production equipment. More than 40 sets of high-end testing equipment including German ZEISS microscope, German SPECTPO spectrometer and German three-coordinate detector.
Purui is primarily engaged in the sales, research, development, manufacturing, and service of mechanical components and assemblies, including gearboxes, wheel sets, hook blocks, crane drums, and couplings. Our products cover various industries such as industrial cranes, engineering machinery, mining, metallurgy, chemical, aerospace, military, and marine.
As a national-level high-tech enterprise, Purui keeps defending titles such as the specialized and sophisticated "Little Giant" Enterprise, Individual Champion Enterprise, Green Factory, "Gazelle Company" in Henan province，and Henan Quality Benchmark. Purui has a nationally recognized enterprise technology center, technical inspecting and testing center, and Henan Provincial Industrial Design Center.
