Is the QY3S series gearbox equipped with an oil pump?

The QY3S series gearbox does not have an oil pump when used in horizontal installation type and does have an oil pump when used in vertical assembly. The oil pump is a two-way lubrication pump.

What is the reason for the high gearbox noise at the worksite? How to solve it?

Reason 1: Little or no lubricating oil was added to the gearbox before installation.

Solutions: Use the oil mark to observe whether the noise is caused by insufficient oil, and refuel according to the oil mark on the gearbox body.

Reason 2: The wrong lubricant type, mixed impurities like iron filings, or bearing damage.

Solutions: Remove the sealing cover and observe the operation of the bearing. Use sound insulation materials to physically reduce the noise if the noise is less than 68 decibels. If the noise is too loud and cannot be solved, please contact after-sales for technical support.
