What should I do if lubricating oil leaks from the gearbox?

1. Eliminate the internal pressure difference of the gearbox. When the ventilation is poor, higher internal pressure will lead to leakage. The dust and oil blockage occurs with the regular breather. If there is a pressure breather, check whether the plug has been opened as required.

2. The oil return channel in the bearing chamber is blocked, causing the lubricating oil in the bearing to not return smoothly, resulting in oil leakage. open the end cover and clean the oil return hole.

3. The sealing ring of the reducer is damaged, and the sealing ring shall be replaced promptly.

What precautions shall be taken when installing the gearbox?

1. When installing the reducer, the tilt angle shall be within the allowable range to prevent insufficient lubrication during use;

2. When the input shaft and output shaft are connected, their concentricity must meet the requirements.

3. The installation base should be firm and reliable, without any vibration or looseness. The fixed bolts shall strictly comply with relevant standards, and the installation screws should be checked regularly to exclude looseness.
